Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be currently unemployed
- Be aged between 18 and 35 (not turning 35 before 31 December 2025)
- Be a South African citizen by birth or naturalization (before 27 April 1994 or qualifying after this date)
- Reside in Gauteng
- Not have participated in any previous YES program
- Hold a minimum university degree or equivalent qualification (NQF level 7)
- Demonstrate strong English language skills (verbal and written)
- Be available to work 40 hours per week, including some evening shifts
- Be available to start in January 2026
Advantageous: Majors in quantitative skills such as data analysis or statistics
