Liberty Group is inviting unemployed South African youth (ages 18–35) to apply for a 12-month Learnership Programme. This is a unique opportunity to gain formal work experience and earn a recognized qualification in the financial sector.

Programme Purpose
The Learnership Programme is designed to:
- Introduce new talent to Liberty Group
- Address scarce and critical skills within the financial sector
- Provide on-the-job learning and a formal qualification in one of the following areas:
- Wealth Management – NQF Level 5
- Insurance Underwriting – NQF Level 4
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18–35
- Be currently unemployed
- Not be participating in any other learnership or internship
- Hold a Matric certificate (Grade 12) with:
- Passes in English and Mathematics
- (Business Studies and Economics are advantageous)
- Not have a tertiary qualification
- Reside in Johannesburg
Minimum Experience
- 0–1 year experience in a similar environment
